The representative of JMOMS acquired auctioned properties in Tokyo in 1995.
At that time, auction properties were considered defective properties, and no bank would lend to individuals.
After my father's death, I went to the district court in Kasumigaseki for two years in between jobs to live for my mother's life, and finally found a safe and secure profitable property.
I had to borrow money at the bank, so I went up to ask for it, but it was paid at the gate and negotiations were difficult.
However, thanks to overcoming that and being able to borrow, I am where I am now.

Purchasing auctioned properties has both advantages and disadvantages. Some points to consider include:

  • There are properties that remain attractive both then and now.
  • It has become possible to borrow from banks in the same way as regular loans.
  • Many properties are auctioned off at considerably high prices elsewhere.

Jmoms Holdings LLC was established in 2015 as a management company.

My involvement with real estate began when I was 11 years old, when I saw a newspaper advertisement for a land sale a 12-minute walk from Hibarigaoka Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line, and told my mother about it. My mother bought the land and was able to cover her living expenses after my father's death.

"Earning a profitable property" is not passive income as is often said. A lot of time is spent on maintenance and management, and it is an energetic job that requires communication skills and business management skills. In addition, it will increase the economic strength of our customers and create a sense of comfort and affluence that allows them to move forward toward their dreams.
